The Business Institute of Pennsylvania Help Desk is available to all faculty, staff and students who are using college resources and require technical support.

We support Business Institute of Pennsylvania's computer equipment, software and systems including:

  • Biop  Connect
  • Blackboard
  • Banner
  • Desktop and laptop computers, Printers
  • Properly licensed hardware and software
  • Telephone issues

Hours of Availability:

24 hours a day, 7 days a week by Phone and Email   excluding school closures and scheduled school holidays.

If you experience a computer system, software, network or phone problem pleas email us at helpdesk@Biop.edu. Be sure to provide contact information where you can be reached.  Many times your issue can be resolved over the phone or by immediate use of remote control tools.
